Eyre Square Dental, Eyre Square, Galway

The existing 4,000ft² office fit out was stripped back to the shell and core on the second floor of a fully functioning office building in the centre of Galway. The extensive construction of the new dental surgery included a reception and waiting area, back offices, nine dental surgery suites, separate steri room, plant room and X-ray room and full staff facilities. The existing common areas including stairwell and passenger lift were all upgraded.

Home Store + More, Wellpark Road, Galway

Two retail premises were amalgamated into a 31,000ft² retail unit. Amalgamate two existing 15,500ft² retail premises into one 31,000ft² unit for Home Store and More. The existing part walls and mezzanine floors were stripped out to make way for a large-scale retail area, storage and office space.

A new 24,000ft² factory building was constructed on green field site, comprising factory floor, offices, extensive truck set down area and large parking area.

Renmore Dental, Dublin Road, Renmore, Galway

One commercial and one residential building were amalgamated into a new 4,500ft² commercial premises in this two-phase project, without interruption to the already operating dental business. The buildings were subject to a total internal demolition, including excavation and construction of a new sub floor. A new structural steel frame was constructed mid floor. The new dental surgery comprised a reception and waiting area, eight dental surgery suites, a steri room, plant room and x-ray room and staff facilities.

Oxygeneration, Merchant’s Road, Galway 2018

The existing office premises in Galway city centre were converted to a clinic housing a 14-person hyperbaric chamber, associated reception, waiting area and offices.

The existing 12,500ft² city centre office building over four floors had an extensive refurbishment. The project included archaeologically sensitive aspects, involving construction around an 13th century site.
